We are fortunate to have as our guest speaker, Sam Woods, who as CEO of the PRA and Deputy Governor of the Bank of England, oversees the work of 1,400 banks, building societies, credit unions, insurers and major investment firms. As head of one of the UK’s leading regulatory authorities, Sam will consider what steps we must take to achieve this vision, looking at a number of ongoing initiatives including the future regulatory framework review and plans for reforms of banking and insurance regulation.

This webinar will also touch upon the APPG’s own report, on the important role that Parliament will have to play in scrutinising and setting the political framework for financial services regulators within this new regime.
